Mornin'+

  • The time to dispatch this product is 4-7 working days upon receiving your paid order.
  • The Mornin’ Plus fits rails with dimensions as seen in this link or on the image on the left. Please ensure that your rails fit the dimensions on the drawing of the curtain rail before purchasing.
  • Somfy sends the Mornin’ Plus to clients via registered mail. However, we will not be responsible for any lost mail packages.
  • Your product warranty takes effect on the day you have paid for your product.
  • You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, and refund policies upon purchasing this product. Customer will have to return the product with the box, and the warranty. Both motor and box must not be damaged.
  • Consumers must provide proof of purchase upon requesting for the product to be refunded.
  • Consumers has to bear freight costs and bank charges if the product to be returned is attributed to the oversight of the consumer.
  • Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
    • The item has been damaged by customer.
    • Refund or return of your product is not allowed due to a change of mind.

Connexoon
